Shipping & Refunds



  • In-stock products/orders typically ship within 2-5 business days. A customer service representative will reach out to you if any items are back ordered or out of stock. Custom made or personalized orders ship within 2-4 weeks depending upon workload.

  • Rushes are available at addition cost. please inquire if you need a rush. Rushes are available at an additional cost.  Just email us at or call 503-330-9058 and we will do our best to accommodate!


  • Refund or exchange within 14 days upon receiving item/items. Item must be returned in the original condition it was sent. Proof of purchase from The Leather Lady, LLC is required.

  • No re-stocking fees will be applied, you only need to pay for the return shipping. Return shipping fee is not reimbursed by The Leather Lady, LLC

  • To receive a return authorization number, please email You must include this return number on your package to receive credit for your return or exchange. Without this number, we are unable to identify and process your return. 


We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom made product or products personalized. if you have questions prior to ordering a custom made product please contact customer service at (503) 330-9058.


If  your product fails due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, we will replace the damaged piece or product. If the product is no longer available an exchange or refund will be available. We require proof of purchase from The Leather Lady LLC.  A photograph of the defect must accompany the item as well to qualify for the refund/exchange. Both can be e-mailed to
