The working student program will give the opportunity to grow with the company into management and more. 

It will include training in leather aspects of saddlery repair & restoration and ALL aspects of running a Leather repair, retail, manufacturing and teaching business.

This is a part time position that will work into a full time position with the re-opening of a store and leather training center. ​

Candidates MUST have some type of horse experience (knowledge of horse equipment) and intermediate leather experience. 

 

We are looking for candidates that want to make leather their career, be at least 21 years of age, A leather portfolio is preferred, but some photos of their work is required. Must be willing to learn ALL aspects of running a leather business. Candidates are required to sign a confidentiality agreement.
