Step 1: Send Us Photos

Getting a quote is simple:

• Email your photos to [email] with a short description of what needs repair, cleaning, or restoration

• Or text photos to 503-330-9058 (please also send us your email for follow-up)

  What to include:

• Clear photos of the damaged or worn area(s)

• Any close-ups of stitching, hardware, or tears

• A short note on what you'd like done (repair, clean, restore, or custom duplicate a sentimental piece)

Step 2: Get Your Estimate

We'll respond with our best estimate based on your photos. This is our closest possible quote — the final price is confirmed once we have the item in-shop.

If we find additional work is needed once we open it up, we'll always contact you first for written authorization before doing anything beyond the original quote.

What Repairs Typically Cost

• Full restoration (cleaning, conditioning, repair): $150–$400+

• Custom duplication of sentimental pieces: quoted individually

Step 3: Ship It In

Once you're ready to move forward:

1. Box it up with padding so it doesn't shift in transit

2. Measure the box — Length x Width x Height

3. Weigh it (a bathroom scale works fine)

4. Send us the measurements, weight, your name, address, and phone number

We'll email you a prepaid shipping label — that's it. Shipping cost is added to your final invoice.
