This DIY Kit is for the standard horse size Leather Breast Collar with what we call the Angel Wing style.  Design it plain, tool it, stamp it, paint it, personalize it the way you like.  
 
This will require a lot of handstitching unless you have a leather sewing machine or you 
Precut Leather, Brass hardware, thread, needles included.
