This Osborne midget steel 1/2" Anvil & grommet setter. for either fabric or light 2-3oz leather.
This setter can also  set Spur dies. These are grommets with spurs or teeth all around the inside rim of the washer that lock into a rolled edge on the barrel part of the grommet. As a result, they will not easily pull out of the fabric. This die set will last a lifetime with proper care.
